Our buffet packages are a popular and easy way to plan your event. Each includes 2 entrée choices, 1 pasta, rice, or potato choice, 1 vegetable and salad, dinner rolls, butter, coffee and tea. Additional sides and linens are also available at an extra charge.
At St. John’s Parish Center in Girard, PA, we have some general rules that apply to all of our meeting rooms. For starters, doors will always open 30 minutes before the event’s scheduled time. Please note that we will always require a final guest count one week before the event.
We include a setup and cleaning fee, as well as a 15% hall fee, on every invoice. We also require a $500 deposit to secure your date at our venue. We will, of course, credit the deposit amount towards your final invoice.
All of our listed prices are for events of 125 people or more. Additional charges apply for smaller groups. Call us directly for further details on pricing.
